How do I delete my account and data?
Open Profile, tap the settings gear, then Delete Account. This removes your account, rooms, photos and designs. Or email support@roomlike.app.
Are my photos used to train models?
No. See the Privacy Policy.
What does Roomlike cost?
Your first redesign is free. $4.99 unlocks the rest of your first set of 8 designs for a room, and each additional set of 8 is $2.99. A new room's first set is $2.99. There is no subscription.
I bought a set but can't see my designs.
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to sign up, then pull to refresh on the room. If it still doesn't show, email us with the room name.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I invite my partner?
Go to Profile, then "Invite your partner", and share the code or link. They enter the code under "Have a code?". You can unlink any time from Manage.
My photos came out dark or blurry.
Hold your phone sideways, stand in a corner so the whole room is in view, show the floor and two or more walls, and use good light.
